House "Rita" (The Ideal Vacation Home; sleeps 6 people) Description: Enjoy your own private home away from home. Tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Completely equipped, 3 bedroom 2 bath home with you own solar heated very private pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, one of the guest room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin. The home is very private with tropical plant all around and private fence for additional relaxation. The kitchen is also equipped with all necessary utensils, the bathrooms are equipped with many bath towels. The homes comes with beach towels and beach chairs. You may park your vehicle in the spacious 2 car garage with automatic door. Washer and drier are also part of the comfort. This is truly the ideal vacation home. The home is minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the world. Pets accepted on a per request bases at an additional fee.
4th of July and Christmas week are at Peak season II pricing. Pets are on per approval bases with additional pet fees. Optional payment

House "Vamo" (The Perfect Vacation Home; sleeps 6 people) Description: This home is only 2 years new in a very friendly neighborhood and is tastefully decorated. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan for the living room and dining room. The patio and pool area are very private surrounded by tropical plants and trees for extra relaxation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3 rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds.The pool is solar heated and facing south and is completely caged and very private. Distance to Siesta Beach and Casey Key Beach are approx. 10 minutes by car. Distance to Sarasota Square Mall, Publix (grocery store) and Target are approx. 5 minutes by car. Pets accepted on a per request bases at an additional fee.

Reservations: Reservations for properties are made in writing in advance with specified arrival and departure dates. A 25% down payment as an advanced rent of the total rent amount is required to confirm your reservation. This down payment is due when signing the lease agreement and is non-refundable within 90 days prior to your arrival. Only written cancellations received at our mailing address at least 90 days prior to your arrival date will receive refund.
A $50.00 handling charge will be withheld from the down payment for bookkeeping and handling your reservation.
A security deposit is also required and will be refunded to you within 4 weeks after your departure, unless excessive usage of utilities occurred, excessive cleaning is necessary, or theft or damages to the property (interior & exterior) is determined. The full and final payment of rent, deposit, final cleaning, and taxes must be received no later than 4 (four) weeks before arrival. All rates are in U.S. currency. All Rates are subject to change without notice. ( Rates will not change once reservation is confirmed.
